I have a little teaser gallery up on Facebook until I can figure out what to do with all these photos.  I’m seriously considering starting a smugmug account…in the meantime here’s the link.

On top of everything else, I now have litterally a few thousand photos from ECSC to post…I’m working on everything as fast as I can, there are some teaser shots on my facebook page, check it out if you’re a friend.

August 14th Corolla Surf Shop’s Longboard contest

August 15th in Rodanthe

and that’s about it because I decided to break out the sponge and catch some waves for a couple of days.

I also plan on being at the last Shadowlawn Surf Club event for 2010 tonight hopefully for a kid’s group photo!

The database has been rescued, the gallery software has been updated,  the files have been renamed so they’ll actually upload,and the Gallery from The Outer Banks on August 8th  is now live.   August 7th’s images will be up soon!

Taken on July 10th, 2010 (even though I hosed up the file names and they say July 9th). This event was a 10 mile paddle from Little Island Fishing Pier (Sandbridge) to 5th Street at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Thanks to Charlie for driving me around and providing all the laughs.

My first trip down south to shoot some surfing since I don’t know when, Headed to Jeanettes pier with Ryan and D.J., met up with Chris Crocket,  Morgan and Mike and shot a few photos…eventually moved up north a bit and found M.T. , Josh B, Barry Sr, Chris M and Jeff M all hanging out with a bunch of other people enjoying some decent surf on a gorgeous summer day.

I was assigned to shoot the Orange team this year so this gallery is heavy on photos from that team, but was able to shoot some of the other team’s surfers in the process.  Surfers, their families, volunteers and anybody associate with Life Rolls On have my permission to use these photos.

I’ll be working on the photos from Zeke’s Lil Rat Surfcus tonight after work…I really wanted to get the Wounded Warriors stuff up ASAP as I feel it’s the least I can do for those men and women. 

Wounded Warrior Surf Camp Photos are available by clicking on the image below…these shots are free of any watermarks and higher than  normal resolution so the participants can use them as they see fit, I hope you like them.
