Since there hasn’t been any surf lately, I’ll be working on getting all the old photos onto the new gallery. I’ve added my photos from the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens (click on the link), and I’m working on adding a few more Portrait type images and some other non sporting shots, as well as any shots I may have from last Thursday’s Mariners Soccer game…I doubt I have anything decent because I suck…in the meantime here’s a shot of my good friend Mike’s daughters ”Mia and Olivia”

 

 

 

Drove down to KDH tonight for the weekend. Gonna just goof off no plans for a change. Maybe Sunday will bring some surf. If not no big deal. I’ll try and work on some of the photos I’ve been meaning to post. Mostly candid portrait type shots. I’m trying to get the 17th Street Surf School shots from the 27th up tonight….check the post from yesterday (below this one) for the link once it’s live.

Check out this bolt of lightning I shot while driving down tonight…and before anyone gets upset. I had both hands on the wheel!

Hooked up with Chris Todd this morning at Camp Pendelton and took some shots of the 17th Street’s “University of Surf” school. 

For anyone who’s interested here’s a link to the University of Surf Schedule for the remainder of the summer. I’m going to try and make it out there at least one day for each session.

Caught up with Creighton Barnes, Ben from Abstract Video/Design and Ryan from SurfKDH.COM, Jay Hawekotte, John Barnes and a bunch of others for an early Morning backlit session in Nags Head. I did run down to S-turns and Rodanthe Pier but returned to town because it looked better there.
