It looks like the forecasts are calling it close to epic the next couple of days and I’m still without a big lens. Just to set the record straight - Cookie did not break my 400mm, we just needed somebody to blame and he was right there when it happened. 
Anyway, my plans are to shoot in Va Beach on Wednesday and Thursday afternoon, with the possibility of taking all day Wednesday off. I won’t have the usual reach but I should be able to manage. My hopes are plenty of lefts heading towards the jetty!
