Hey Everyone, I’m in the process of setting up a page for a good cause. JTWALK.ORG is going to be having a walk to raise Money and Awareness for ALS (Lou Gherig’s Disease) victims.

Local Surfer Josh Thompson who was stricken with this disease is the inspiration for this event which will be taking place on Sunday October 19th 2008 at 31st Street in Va Beach…

“The ALS Association raise monies through events and contributions to both assist families in need and to further research! One event is their “WALK FOR THE CURE”. Josh is not in need personally financially – he is in need emotionally and wants to participate in the “ALS WALK FOR THE CURE” and hopes his friends and family (all of which have asked repeatedly “what can we do?”) will join him on Sunday, October 19, 2008.

One hundred percent (100%) all money raised on October19 will go to the ALS Association – DC/MD/VA Chapter to further drug therapies and stem cell research, etc”
